Production Assistant / Post-Production Intern

Edgewood Studios is seeking motivated Production Assistants / Post-Production Interns to support the office and editorial team on a series of feature films currently being prepared for international distribution. This role offers hands-on exposure to the post-production process and is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in filmmaking, production, or post-production.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general office and production support to the producer and editorial team
• Assist with post-production workflow and asset organization
• Maintain digital file organization and media management
• Run errands as needed (lunch runs, coffee, office supplies, etc.)
• Assist with office upkeep and workspace organization
• Support editorial staff with basic project prep and administrative tasks
• Help track and organize post-production materials for delivery and distribution

Qualifications

• Interest in film, television, or post-production careers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic technical proficiency with Mac computers
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to assist wherever needed

Preferred

• Prior experience in production, post-production, or media environments
• Working knowledge of editing workflows or digital media management
• Basic office skills
